Capt. Sumedha Mirihana is a highly decorated officer in the regular force of the Sri Lanka Army who managed to maintain an illustrious career in his tenure as military officer. He is known for his exemplary leadership in and out of the Army, a perfectionist and a brilliant strategist. 

He is responsible for many successful brand initiatives in his corporate career as a professional marketer Heading Marketing Communications of 3 Companies.

The exposure as an Infantry officer in active duty and as a Regimental Staff Officer
enabled him to have a bird’s eye view of volatile situations and execution of viable strategic solutions paving the path to clear & agile solutions. He has trained hundreds of Military Officers in both Strategic warfare and lectured in diverse subjects.

Sumedha Mirihana is the Founder Director of MLTC Consultancy. He is a renowned corporate trainer and has trained, facilitated and coached over 750 sessions in key Corporates and government institutions both local and overseas.
