Leadership Wing of MLTC is responsible for Planning, Designing, Executing and evaluating the leadership programmes of the institute.

Leadership Development Programmes at MLTC are aimed at all different age groups   and capacities of Corporates, State sector and Educational Institutes. All programmes are designed to help leaders to advance their leadership skills and build their capacity to lead successful change.

We believe that robust leadership frameworks and exercises, participants will gain insight into the mindset of high performance leaders, and learn to tap into their own strengths to influence and lead with impact. Participants will explore different facets of leadership, such as how to inspire and motivate teams, build commitment and manage resistance to change.
